Leviticus 15:19-21

¹⁹ “ ‘If a woman has a discharge and the discharge from her body is blood, then she shall be impure for seven days, and whoever touches her shall be unclean until the evening. ²⁰ Everything upon which she lies during her menstrual impurity shall be unclean, and everything upon which she sits shall be unclean. ²¹ Whoever touches her bed shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and shall be unclean until the evening.
